9. Establish the International, National, Shell and Industry Standards and Codes of Practice applicable to the theme.
10. Identify shortfalls and potential improvements in the current inspection and maintenance strategies pertaining to the IR project activities. Develop recommendations and work with the TA's to gain acceptance and approval.
11. Evaluate alternative/ advancements in technology for application on the IR project. Promote opportunities to improve technical integrity and reduce lifecycle costs through adoption of new technology.
12. Ensure HVAC designs produced address Safety in Design issues including constructability, maintainability and operability.
13. Develop detailed CTR's and the planning of engineering, design and drafting requirements corrective actions. This involves the development of work scopes, determination of the resource categories required and estimates of man- hours to execute the work. CTR's will be developed in Control with assistance from project services group.
14. Agreeing Engineering, Design and Drafting resource requirements with the company Theme Coordinator and Engineering Manager.

3. To search within results add more keywords.
How can I find resumes that contain specific exact phrase?
To search for an exact phrase, just put quotation marks around two or more words, for example "mining engineer". Use this feature to narrow your results or to find words that can be typed differently, for example AutoCAD "Auto CAD".
