- Chlorine Injection Package:
Total 9 Nos of Gas Chlorine Injection packages for 8 cooling towers & 1 Fire water pond; One no of Electro chlorination package for Potable water system. Capacity of Chlorine Injection packages are ranging from 63 kg/hr to 7 kg/hr.
Dosing system is designed to maintain Free Residual Chlorine at cooling water supply as 0.5 ppm
- Pond Oil Skimmer:
Floating oil skimmers on oily water ponds situated at different location of JERP site. Total 5 Nos of skimmers, having capacity of 12 M3/HR each, are being supplied by M/s RO Desmi Clean – located at Denmark.
- Belt Oil Skimmer:
Total 10 nos of skimmers, having capacity of 0.45 M3/HR each, are being supplied by M/s Abanaki Corporation – located at USA.
- Corrugated Plate Interceptor (CPI):
There are total 02 nos of CPI, having capacity of removing oil up to 5 to 10 mg/l. CPI is being bought from M/s K-Pack systems – located in India, Bangalore
- Demineralisation Water Plant:
Inlet water is sourced from Desalinated plant, and fed to Demineralisation plant to achieve the quality of water as following:
Inlet Water Conductivity: <15 micro Siemens; Outlet Water Conductivity: <0.15 micro Siemens; Capacity of Plant: 4056 m3/hr
- Potable Water Passivation Plant:
Inlet water is sourced from Desalinated plant, and fed to Passivation Unit (Re-mineralisation plant) to achieve the quality of water as following:
Outlet Water Alkalinity: <75 ppm; Capacity of Plant: 496 m3/hr
