Project: BG HYDRA Project of 2 Jackets, Top Side and Sub-Sea Pipeline Laying & Lift Gas 6" – 3 Lines with 6 Risers.
Responsibilities:-Prepare Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Quality Assurance Procedure, Method Statements, Work Instructions, Conduct Audits on site and Sub Contractors facility.
Write WPS and Run PQR followed with Welder Qualification Approval and Sign Off.
Coordinate with Site QC Inspector (8 on each Barge), Sub Contractors (NDT, joint Coating, Foam Filling, Pre- Commissioning and other Vendors).
