2. Project: Deputation to Chiyoda Corporation Japan for 8 months for Shell's Qatar Pearl GTL (QPG) project
Position: Engineer
Responsibility:
a. As a Scribe carried out SIL study assessment for QPG Project and validation of instrumented system as per IEC 61511 and IEC 61508. This was done in Shell's SIFpro Software.
b. Preparation of IPF (Instrumented Protective Function) narratives.
c. Review of Cause & Effect diagram for process units and package equipments like compressors, furnaces (as per Shell DEP), etc.
d. Review of Functional Logic Diagram for package items like compressors, furnaces
3. Project: RasGas Onshore Expansion Project Phase 2 - Train 6 & 7 EPC, QATAR
Position: Engineer
Responsibility:
a. Preparation of Function Logic Diagram for ESD systems for Process Units.
b. Preparation of TQs/TBEs/VDRs for various field instruments like level gauges, positive displacement meters, V-cone flow meters, Displacer level transmitters, etc.
c. Preparation of IFC datasheets in INtools 6.5 for various field instruments like flow meters, electronic transmitters, level gauges, etc.
4. Project: Offshore Associated Gas & Integrated Gas Development (IGD) Project, Das Island
Position: Engineer
Responsibility:
a. Preparation of Document Control for Instrumentation Deliverables b. Preparation of MR/TQs/TBEs for field instruments like Electronics Transmitters, F&G Detectors, Magnetic Level Gauges, etc as per ADGAS standards and specifications.
c. Preparation of various installation drawings like Instrument Secondary Cable Tray Layout, Inst. Air Distribution Layout, Instrument Grounding Connection Drawings, Cable Schedule, etc.
d. Preparation of Instrument Bulk Materials MTO and MR/TQ/TBE/VDR for the same.
