Responsibilities:
- Providing Schedule from summary to detailed level to optimize expenditure of time, resource utilization and cost.
- Regular project reports and Preparing of schedules.
- Preparing and Updating the weekly Progress Calculation Report.
- Identifying the critical path that has to be managed in order to meet the schedule objectives.
- Providing of progress update information to Senior Management and SPDC (Client).
- Working together with the SPDC Planning Team in updating progress.
