3- supervised 3 rigs in a wide area, distance between some rigs was 130 km, supported engineers in duty, technically, testing equipments and as a reliever some times as only one engineer is available to do the work
4- Solved or helped engineer on duty to shoot drilling fluids trouble, relived engineers for emergency or relief delay, represented the company for pre-spud meetings and presentations
5- Organized more than 30 engineers schedules, local and international transportation, visas when ever required, security passes and all other required documents
6- Represented company in management, finance, technical meetings, conferences and exhibitions
7- Prepared mud programs, well mud recaps, quotations and technical- commercial tender bids.
8- Prepared services administrative and technical pre-qualification requirements, supervised mud chemical, solids control equipments trials.
9- Supervised installation and running LMP
10- Prepared training programs, and made all management and finance negotiations.
11- managed all drilling fluids requirements for three rigs as a senior mud supervisor for an operating company pre-estimated mud chemical required, followed up and assured presence before staring, arranged availability of solids control and zero discharge equipments, screens and operating personnel.
