1) Jan 2006- present Mechanical engineer at Belayim Petroleum co.
(Abu madi - Natural Gas field)
Responsibilities:
1-Participate in maintaining the plants stationary equipment (towers, heaters, exchangers, tanks, valves, separators, etc...).
2-Participate in maintaining the plants rotating equipment.
3-Receive, classify and record all work orders received and issuing PTW and follow-up on the work to ensure that it conforms to company standards and specifications
4-Prepare daily activity reports and submit specific reports as requested.
5-Review projects design engineering drawings and ensure conformance to company documents, field philosophy, and applicable code and industry standard requirements, such as ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM and other related standards.
6-Monitors and coordinates execution of project work carried out by Contractors
7-Prepares mechanical designs for plant modification or new installation projects
8-Apply standard design engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
9-Supervising off-shore maintenance activities for platforms and monopods for risers, structures, boat landing, coating, sea line repair, sand blasting and painting, etc…
10-Fault diagnosis, maintenance and hydro test of Christmas tree (Breda, Cameron, FMC, etc…), well head valves (Master Flo, Petrol Valve, Orbit, etc…) and other valves (Gate, Ball, Check, And Globe).
11-Prepare and issuing the requisitions and evaluate the tender document and offers.
12-Supervises the workshop activities and the fabrication of spare parts that are urgently required or not available in order to support plant maintenance activities.
13-Follow-up on spare parts and direct purchase requisitions to ensure timely delivery.
