The Pak-Holland Metal Project is a Bilateral Project of the Government of Pakistan and the Netherlands, aimed at the development of Metal Light Engineering Industries. During my stay, I have worked in three capacities. Worked as a trainer, Industrial Extension Officer and Incharge Common facility unit.
With all the cooperation of the Project management and my personal input and interest I served in the following areas:
1. Project management / maintenance / Commissioning and operational

2. To give on the job and off the job training to the skill and unskilled officers /Engineers of the Small Scale Industries, in Welding & Sheet Metal fabrication, Light Engineering Industries.
3. Extension services including management tools and techniques used by owners / entrepreneurs in organizing, controlling & Monitoring the various operations of the enterprise. Provided Technology transfer and credit facilities with preparations of Appraisal, Balance Sheets and Income statements.
4. Layout for installation of Machines and Equipments for industries. Industrial Plants and Commercial Facilities
