More than fourteen years (seven years process engineering) and (seven years plant operations including commissioning) experience in EPC and Oil and Gas environment.

The gas plant include an inlet pipeline pig receiver, an inlet separator, one 3-stage reciprocating gas compressor, a de-hydrator, an outlet separator, water tanks and a disposal water pump
Simulation runs for TEG dehydrator in order to optimize the unit and obtain properties for the sizing of equipments
Sizing of gas contactor that includes number of trays, diameter and suction scrubber
Calculating lean tri-ethylene glycol circulation rate to meet the water dew point specification of 4-7 lbs/mmscf
Calculation of regenerator duty in order to optimize the size of the regenerator and surge tank

Evaluating de-ethanizer performance by varying efficiency, pressue and temperature parameters
Working extensively on process flow diagram and piping and instrumentation diagrams modification, development and on the final deliverables
Preparing recommendations report that includes heat load conservation and compressor horsepower saving
Enermark- MDEA Plant for b-46 Site 142 e3m3/ day
Revamping the MDEA plant to accept new feed streams
Simulated and prepared models for MDEA plant and evaluating performance of amine absorber and amine stripper
The replacement of existing amine absorber with the new one in order to achieve required H2S and CO2 concentration as per pipeline specification
Calculated and optimized amine circulation rate as per acid gas loading with the acceptance of new feed streams
Reviewed existing as built P&IDs for the de-bottlenecking of the project and updating tie-ins as per modifications
