Job Profile:

* Coordinate Engineering and design activities on the Project across all involved disciplines for the assigned Project.
* Ensure effective cross-discipline coordination and resolve cross discipline problems.
* Familiar with the requirements of the project schedule and hold regular discussions with Lead Engineers regarding same.
* Act as contact between our company and Client's engineering representative in relation to all design and specification matters.
* Taking care of changes to engineering design or specification made by the client which could be considered as the basis of a contract change and provide information as required for estimating the cost and schedule effect of contract changes.
* Know and understand schedule milestones. Ensure these are understood by Lead Discipline Engineers, monitor progress against milestones and initiate cross discipline remedial action where necessary
* Understand the status of key issues associated with the engineering and design to answer for reviews, discussions with Client, Equipment Suppliers, Subcontractors, etc.
* Review the work carried out by the assigned area project engineers for compliance with the applicable procedures and standards where appropriate.
* Review requisitions for major items of equipment, package equipment and major bulk materials, for compliance with scope of work.
* Preparation of project schedules
* Produce the Engineering progress reports for the management like S-curves and monthly progress summaries.
* Capable to handle multiple projects.
* Willing to take additional responsibility as required. Presently working as a Time sheet management coordinator at Dow Corning EDC Chennai office.

Chennai, India from Nov 2007 to till date.
* Worked as an Area Project Engineer, Foster Wheeler (India) Pvt Ltd, Chennai, India from June 2006 to Oct 2007 from June 2006 to Oct 2007
* Working as an Assistant Manager -Projects, Rolta India Ltd, Mumbai from Oct 2005 to June 2006.
* Worked as a Senior Officer -Projects at Lupin Ltd, Mumbai from Oct 2004 to Sept 2005.
* Worked as a Project Engineer at ZEN Consultants, Hyderabad. India. from Apr 2001 to Oct 2004

3rd Pillar Engineering Re-use project: Dow Corning has made huge investment to built an Asia Basic plant at China ZJG Site. The Engineering services were provided various EPCm contractors. The
FEED package has undergone so many changes during detail engineering and construction stage.
But those changes were not reflected in FEED package.

Objective of this project is EDC Engineering team has go through all the changes carried out during detail engineering and construction stage and update the FEED package which will be useful for the 4th Pillar project.

BMI D5D6 Distillation column and Infrastructure: This a green field project which is coming at Dow corning, China ZJG Site. EDC is providing engineering services for both PDP/FEED and Detail engineering packages.
Total project costs around US $ 18.5Million

Liquid Silicone Rubber: This a green field project which is coming at Dow corning, China ZJG Site. EDC is providing engineering services for both PDP/FEED and Detail engineering packages.
Total project costs around US $ 3.8Million.

For the above both projects working as project engineer from Dow corning Chennai office and reports to Manager operations.

Previously handled Projects

While working with Foster Wheeler India Pvt Ltd, Chennai.

Shell Houdini MEG Project, worked as an area project engineer for the assigned areas and reports to Lead Project Engineer.

Lead the Project common deliverables group who is responsible for preparation and updating of P&Ids, line list, Equipment list & Special piping items list.

Assisting the Lead project engineer to prepare the summary of weekly deliverables due list among the engineering disciplines and preparation weekly and monthly progress reports.

While working with Rolta India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai.

1) M/s QChem, Qatar – Preparation of 1000 As Built P&IDs using SPP&ID software.

2) M/s IOCL, Baroda – Preparation of 275 As Built P&IDs using AutoCAD.

3) M/s IOCL, Barauni – Preparation of 250 As Built P&IDs using AutoCAD.

4) M/s PMG, UK – Preparation of 30 As Built P&IDs using AutoCAD.

Description: This project is an expansion of our Tarapur plant-I. The main product is Compactin. Involved in Project Scheduling, Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Procurement of equipment & Entire site supervision.

Client: Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Unit I, Hyderabad, and A.P
Description: This project is an expansion of DRL in Unit-I. The main product is Fexo. We are providing services in the following aspects: Preparation of preliminary drawings, detailed engineering & site supervision. Involved in preparation of preliminary drawings, detailed engineering & site supervision services.
Total project costs around Rs. 25.0 Cores.

Title: Concurrent Pilot Plant
Client: Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Unit I, Hyderabad, and A.P
Description: It is one of the prestigious projects of DRL. Many novel concepts were implemented like all transfer pumps, hot water system, solvent tanks & most of the centrifuges are mobile type. We are providing services in the following aspects: Preparation of preliminary drawings, detailed engineering & site supervision. Involved in preparation of preliminary drawings, detailed engineering & site supervision services.
Total project costs around Rs. 20.0 Cores.

Title: 100 % EOU API plant
Client: Nicholas Piramal (India) Ltd, Zaheerabad, and A.P.
Description: This project is an expansion of NPIL in Zaheerabad. It is a Multi Product project. We are providing services in the following aspects: Preparation of preliminary drawings, detailed engineering & site supervision. Involved in Preparation of preliminary drawings, detailed engineering & site supervision services.
Total project costs around Rs.10.0 Cores.

Title: Bulk drugs &chemicals production plant
Client: Y.M.Drugs & Chemicals, Chouttuppal, and A.P.
Description: It is a green field project. The main product is Acryl ate, which is intermediate for Cipro production. The following stages were involved i.e. Sodium Hydride stage, Quenching, Toluene evaporation, Vacuum distillation of Toluene, CPA reaction, Filtering & drying. We had provided services in the following areas: Process designing, Preparation of preliminary drawings, Detailed engineering, Electrical consultancy & Site supervision services. Involved preparation of preliminary drawings, detailed engineering & site supervision services.

Title: Centralized Effluent Recycle Plant
Client: Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Unit II, and Hyderabad, A.P
Description: M/s Dr. Reddy's Laboratories was constructed the Centralized Effluent Recycle Plant at Unit-II Bollaram, in Hyderabad for treating process & nonprocess effluents of their UNIT-I, II,III&IV. Non-process effluents are mainly treating through R.O. unit that consists of Ceramic filter, Ultra filtration, Nano filtration and Reverse Osmosis. Process effluents are mainly treating through Four Effect Evaporation system. The concentrated effluent from both the streams treating through Spray drier. We had provided services in the following areas: preparation of preliminary drawings, detailed engineering, electrical consultancy & site supervision services. Involved preparation of preliminary drawings, detailed engineering & site supervision services.

Title: pH controlling system designing and execution (on Turnkey basis).
Client: G.T.N TEXTILES (YPU), Hyderabad, A.P
Description: M/s GTN Textiles (YPU) was facing the problem of uncontrolled pH range effluents which was leading to main effluent treatment plant. We had designed the system to control the pH by providing the On/off & Control valves.
