I have twenty-five plus years experience in the engineering, design, and drafting field. I have lead single and multi-disciplined Site Teams to completing work on time and on budget. Although my heaviest area of design is piping, my design experience includes civil, equipment layout, estimating, checking packages and representing Design/Drafting at Project Team reviews and at Site visits with the Maintenance, Planning, Operations, and General Contractors. In addition, I have performed as Site Lead/Design & Drafting Group Supervisor for a multi-disciplined design/drafting group at a large Oil Refining and Chemicals facility.

I completed SmartPLANT 3D training on July 17, 2009. I have extensive experience with PDMS and Pasce 3D Plant Design Software with regards to modeling piping systems, equipment, and support structures, system piping specification, catalogue elements, and database management. I also have experience in PDS, AutoCad, MicroStation, and CadPipe, as well as accomplished communication skills including proficiencies in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, and MS Project. In addition, I was directly involved in the development and implementation of a Pasce Training course and functioned as an instructor. Participated in Self-directed team and implemented improved work processes and procedures, which afforded higher quality engineering job packages, more accountability, better communication between disciplines, and greater client confidence. In addition, I enjoy new challenges and motivating people for top performance.
