Job Type: Well Data Administrator/Drilling(Non-Op) (Contract)

I Support three sub-business unit of Eastern Oil area. That includes complete well life cycle of all non-operated wells in the area. I update the well inventory system (CWS), monitoring incoming and outgoing well documents to partners and provisioning well data and reports for internal decision making

My duties include maintaining data base pertaining to complete well life cycle. In so doing I identify the commingled and multi-leg wells to catalogue well data to right components, reading drilling and completion reports to update the system. Review monthly and weekly reports generated to update system on drilling and completion report, rig release and spud date. Add all new well Information into various databases received from licensee. I have strong understanding of Drilling and Completion operations.

Monitor the delinquency report and if required communicating with licensee/ partners to request well data. I generate WDRS reports for newly spud non-op wells.

I have good understanding of EUB Guide 56, S-4(Status change), WR2/WR3 forms, 038 allowable etc.

I am part of CNRL PetroVera Project as Non-Op Data Administrator. I prepared the report of approx. 1000 wells received from licensee and next responsibility is to catalogue all those wells into the system.

I train summer students as well.

Job Type: Records Technician (Records Management Area)

I worked as a well file technician on Temporary basis from April to May ¡¥07. Later on I was taken as permanent staff for the position of Records Technician from June ¡¦07.

Projects:
I managed a project of sending 600 boxes of accounting files to offsite including data entering them with the support of two staffs. That includes evaluating project duration, resources including man power and quality of data entry. I worked as project expeditor.

I managed another small Project (Data Entry of approx. 6200 Current Files) as a Project Expediter. My responsibilities were to monitor work progress, setting up PC & scanner, preparing work details and doing QC.

Responsibilities:
I manage Operation Accounting (Production and Financial) Files and at the same time doing the requests of files/information. I do the indexing of files, Data entry, Data Management and creation of new file/folder as well. Accounting file room is under my supervision. I mentor and train junior personnel in Records administration.

I participate in cross-training with other records series managed by the team as well. I have working experience of Cuadra Star, Accumap, Qbytes (Beginner), Powerview and Landman software. I handle user requests for information and documents, Sending and/or retrieving records from offsite storage, interacting with internal personnel (Fields) and external contacts (service and supply companies).

I took care of central file requests of the company, sending Back-up Tapes & Boxes offsite and requesting boxes from offsite as well. Besides that I do the related administrative jobs as well as they come up.

15-Nov-08 DMA Canada (From15th November 2006 to 9th Feb 2007)

I worked as team in the above project at TAB Canada. My responsibilities were converting files from various systems to the company's classification standards and file format, searching the index for existing files and comparing for document duplication, creating files and labelling.
I used the physical records/document management systems as workings with off-site storage vendors. I have the basic understanding of Oil & Gas Terminology.
