January, 2009 till now working as Drilling Engineer (DE)in Dalma Energy, Oman with BP Oman (Epsilon).
* Evaluate new drilling technologies according to their performance.
* Optimise well cost, Preparing daily Cost/Depth program vs. AFE.
* Responsible for preparing cost sheet and prepare time/depth program.
* Provide schedule planning for drilling operations.
* Responsible for the requisition, receipt and inspection for client-supplied materials.
* Responsible for delivery control, stock keeping and dispatch of all client-supplied materials and Inventory with client Procedures and Instructions.
* Responsible for Performance Monitoring and control of all service contractor Activities on the rig location
* Technical Limit Coach on the drilling operations
Responsibilities:
* Raise awareness of TL and the Enabling Environment during informal tours of the rig.
* Emphasize that TL must not impact on safety or well quality and that the Drilling contractor safety management systems (e.g. STOP, FOCUS) must still be used.
* Preparing for drill well on paper and technical limit work shop.
* Planning (incorporating lessons learned from previous wells).
* Weekly TL meeting includes brief presentation on how things have gone that week, amount of ideas generated that week; highlight any good ideas that have been closed out.
* Update the TL time break down and analyze deviations from the plan (and Invisible Lost Time) and determine the "root cause" behind the deviation.
* Ensure that lessons learned are recorded in LOG on a daily basis.
* Co-ordinate questionnaires and distribution of promotional material on a regular basis.
* At the end of each well, create a spreadsheet indicating the new optimal operational sequence and timings incorporating Lessons Learned from the well.
* On completion of well operations, break down the well performance by section and send to relevant personnel summarizing the key learning points.

From January, 2008 to January, 2009
Working as Drilling Supervisor in Turnkey Project, Dalma Energy.
* The Project was Dalma Energy project with PDO Company, Oman
* Preparing Daily drilling reports in EDM (Open Wells) Program.
* Preparing daily Time vs. Depth program.
* Preparing daily Cost/Depth program vs. AFE.
* Provide planning schedules for all drilling programs.
* Responsible for the execution and control of all aspects of all drilling Engineering Activities.
* Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of Drilling and Well Parameters.

* Issue receives and delivers materials (MIV, MRV).
* Check Gauges and all pressurized equipment regularly.

* Preparing for Rig move and performing rig move process.
* Ensure the crewmembers understand exactly their duties when carrying out a job.
* Provide extra supervision and support to new crewmembers to ensure that they perform their jobs in safe and competent manner.
