* Prepare Technical Integrity Assessment reports which provide an annual fitness-for-purpose status of each pipeline
* Providing Engineering support for Pipeline Integrity, MOP/MAOP calculations, defect assessment etc.
* Assisting client inspection engineer in the IP scope of work, evaluate bids, and contract award.
* Advise asset owners on lines integrity status. Issue related integrity certification Fitness for Purpose (FFP) and remaining life assessments.
* Conduct defect assessment and Risk Based Inspection (RBI) for pipelines.

* Review/verification of Contractor's detailed engineering drawings and calculations, method statements, schedule of work, vendors, sub-contracts and other Project related activities.(Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Piping)
* Supervision of Project Execution including pre-commissioning and commissioning activities which are to be carried out by the EPCC Contractor.
* Initiate, organize and chair site technical meetings, monthly progress meetings and report on them.
* Ensure that project obligations under the Agreement are strictly adhered.
* Review and approve As-Built Drawings and Documents prepared by the contractor.
* Negotiate and recommend to the Client any written Variation/Change Orders regarding the works, and advise on any claims or contractual disputes and problems arising during the execution of works and prevent any claims and delays whenever feasible and appropriately.
* Preparation of contract performance report and project close out report.
* Cost Estimation for new tenders and optimize the proposal.
* Supervising of the complete proposal phase related to my scope of work.
