* The technology of plant is supplied by NOVACOR and is solution polymerization process using ABB Advent 500 DCS system.
* I have hands on operating experience of equipments like ethylene purifier, driers, absorbers, extruders (capacity 30 MT/Hr.), compressors, distillations columns, multi stage pumps, refrigeration unit, reactor feed pump (flow 250 MT/hr and pressure 290-300 kg/cm2 )
* I was involved in SWING Project of HDPE to LLDPE(Erection and commissioning).
NATURE OF JOB:
* To monitor & log process parameters in field and take necessary action as per standard operating procedures if required.
* To observe any leaks and piping condition for probable leaks and reporting to shift supritendent.
* To decommission equipment to carry out maintenance jobs and decommissioning of equipments after the completion of job.
