- KHARG ISLAND GAS GATHERING & NGL RECOVERY PROJECT
Senior Process Engineer. Feed and basic and detail engineering. Engineering documents preparation in different units of project (compressor station, acid gas removal unit, NGL recovery and fractionation unit, propane refrigeration unit, storage tanks and LPG loading) for IOOC (Iranian offshore oil company).
Plant simulation by HYSYS,ASPEN,PROMAX. Preparing engineering documents, process design criteria, drawings (PFD, P&ID), plot plan, and data sheets in NGL unit. Thermal calculation of heat exchangers including thermosyphon reboilers, kettle reboilers and condensers by HTSF. Onshore pipeline hydraulic analysis by Pipe-Phase. Flare network sizing by Aspen Flare Net. Distillation columns design. Preparing soft wares for horizontal and vertical separators, flare stack and knock out drum sizing and BOG flow rate calculation by excel. Participation in technical meetings with the client to explain or defend the engineering activities.
License documents checking issued by SHELL Company for IAGR unit and attending in clarification meetings. Checking the detail engineering documents issued by thermo design engineering company.
