Perform 2-D and 3-D modeling utilizing multiple software; Produce calculations of structural elements and common connections in multiple materials. Major Projects includes:
♦ Tahiti Village Phase III. 18-story concrete high-rise. Performed two-way post tensioned slab design and column design.
♦ Sahara Hotel & Casino-East Garage. 10-story concrete structure. Performed one-way post-tensioned slab/beam design and column design. Interfaced with clients and draft personnel.
♦ Fontainebleau Casio Resort. An on-going 4,500,000 sq ft project on the Las Vegas Strip. Participated in steel frame analysis, cantilevered wall design, interior cold formed steel design, drop ceiling design, multiple responses to NCR involving beam strengthening, new stair design, amongst other things.

Perform code-driven modeling, analysis, calculations and structural designs of concrete, steel and CMU structures, and general civil consulting. Major Projects includes:
♦ McCully Condominium. 7-story concrete shear wall building. Conducted the entire gravity and lateral system design, including modeling, analyzing, calculations submittal, interacting with draft personnel.
♦ Kehoe Retaining Wall Design. 200-feet long retaining wall with a stepped footing & irregular geometry. Designed the concrete & CMU walls and footing.
♦ Multiple Communication Towers. Steel communication towers & concrete foundation design and capacity verification, including Hawaii Public Radio's new antenna at Kipo, T-Mobile's antenna at Kula.
♦ Honouliuli Waste Water Treatment Plant. A new 90' diameter digester cover. Reviewed the structural calculations and noted some errors and improvements.
♦ A.O.A.O Colonnade on the Greens. Concrete crack repair. Analyzed and verified slab capacity due to changes.
