Member of the KCA Deutag international operation team. Assigned to BP (British Petroleum) East Azeri offshore production platform in Baku, Azerbaijan. Responsible for the identification and implementation of safe, effective operational & maintenance procedures. Focus mainly on the Drilling Facility control systems. Also provide technical assistance for Technical Assurance and during hook-up and commissioning prior to hand-over to operations. Assist in the training of new personnel and supervise their familiarization with the drilling facilities and induction as employees. During the course, have attained qualification for a first aider from the ministry of labor, fire aider from PSA and basic fire fighting from Shell Malaysia.
