In Amenas Compression Project BP, In Amenas, Algeria
It's a FEED project to provide an additional stage of compression at the inlet side of existing Central Processing Facility (CPF) to compensate for falling pressure as the In amenas are gas reservoirs decline. I am Working as Area Lead Designer and responsible for preparation of plot plan for new facility mainly including the 2 nos of inlet gas compressor, associated air coolers and slug catcher, using BP safety standard and good engineering practices. Also responsible for generate unit Equipment Layout, PDS modeling of Equipment/Piping coordination with inters discipline, closed-out of client review comments and to provides design assistance to lead for EPC package documentation. Initially also involved in project CAD procedure and setting of Microsation levels symbology for quality output.
HydroCracker Center (HCC) Refinery FEED Project SK Energy, Incheon, S Korea
I am working as Area Lead Designer for – Vacuum Distillation Unit and Visbreaker & Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit and responsible to develop plot plan for both the units for Feed Project.
I also developed 3D model for Hydrocracker unit using OptimEyes Fluor proprietary 3D modeling software used to enhance the plot plan development process. The Piping auto router in OptimEyes facilitated the study of various option and its impact leading to better decision making.
Active participation in inter discipline/ joint client plot plan review meeting, closed-out review comments, and provides design assistance to lead for Feed package documentation.
Apart from layout activities, I was also involved in preparation of Line list for material group.

Integrated Gas Development (IGD) Feed Phase – Habshan-5 GASSO, Abu Dhabi
Worked as Area Lead Designer for - NGL Storage & Shipping Unit and Liquid Sulphur Storage/Loading Unit. The NGL units have Propane Storage drum & transfer pumps & NGL storage spheres & Shipping Unit. The unit is designed to provide surge storage for NGL & Condensate production. The Sulphur storage unit to provide storage for the liquid Sulphur received from the SRU Units. In this project, am responsible for preparation of unit Equipment Layout, Equipment/Piping modeling (it's include jacketed piping), coordination with inters discipline, closed-out review comments, and provide design assistance to lead for EPC package documentation.

Sr. Designer – Fluor Daniel India Private Limited, New Delhi, India (Dec.2000 to Oct' 2007)

Solar Grade Silicon, Moses Lake REC, Washington DC
Worked as Design Supervisor for Silan Unit, the unit have different sub units i.e. Distillation, Hydrogenation, Silicon storage/handling area, Refrigeration and loading unloading area. In this project, am responsible for overall man-hour planning, preparation of control level schedule, preparation of drawing room instruction(DRI's) and PDS bulletin, Equipment/Piping modeling, coordination with inter discipline and prime office, squad checking of vendor drawings and provide assistance/training to design team and resolve their day to day design issues. For this project I was also deputed to Fluor, Aliso Viejo, California office for project alignment and scope of work.

CITGO Refinery Project CITGO, Illinois, Chicago
Worked as Area Lead at Fluor Aliso Viejo, California Office and responsible for design and detailed engineering activities in Caustic and Pre treated Unit, (PTU). The Caustic units we have some revamp activities. I was also deputed to Citgo site at Chicago for site measurement and to finalized tie-location plan. PTU have 40 different equipment (i.e. Clarifier, Oberlin Filter, Media Filter, Plate Exchanger, Tanks and Pumps etc). In both these units, I have completed major equipment and piping modeling and participate in client model review.

Long Lake Upgrader, SAGD & Upgrader Project OPTI Canada Inc.
Working as Area Lead/Checker & involve in Selexol & Hydrogen Purification unit. The units mainly have stripper, vertical/horizontal vessels, pumps, PSA skid & Air cooler.
For this project I was also deputed on short terms assignment at Calgary, Canada Fluor office for pre 30% model review activities and participate in Client model review.

LSG Scanfinner, Clean Fuel Project Sunoco Inc. USA
Worked as Area Lead and responsible for development of area equipment layout, involved high Product Stripper Tower, Reflux Drum, Pumps & Overhead Exchanger.
The main activities were Equipment Modeling, Piping Modeling, preparation of nozzle orientation and L&P drawing/document, resolve interfaces, squads checking of inter discipline and vendor drawing / document, support marking and prepared special support sketches, checking of fad. Isometrics, closeout activities & inter-office and inter discipline co-ordination.

Sour Water Stripper Plant Sycrude, Canada
Worked as Piping Checker and mainly responsible for checking of isometrics using Intergraph Smart Plant Review (SPR), squad checking of vendor drawing, equipment modeling, suggest re-route or re-deigning of piping, support marking, scheduling and planning of work, co-ordinate with individual designer and prime office for day to day co-ordination.
