This project upgraded old panel mounted single loop controllers to state-of-the-art Yokogawa CS3000 Distributed Control Systems for the whole ore processing complex including Primary Crusher, Secondary & Tertiary Crushers, Screening Plants, Conveying Systems, Ore Storage Bins, Grinding & Re-Grind Process area, Ball Mill Plants, Pyrite Separation Plant, Cleaners and Plant Utilities. The Yokogawa DCS interfaces with various PLCs and subsystems including Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, Yaskawa, Omron, ABB, Siemens etc. Project duration from installation to commissioning lasted more than 16 months.
Responsibility:
* Site survey for cable tray routing, instrument location & impulse tubing routes and layout

The same type of control system was installed in four (4) identical modular plants namely Nasuji, Sogongon 1, Sogongon-2, Okoy Geothermal wells monitoring system.
