Project 1: Multi Drive System For Pulp & Paper Production
Client: Magnum Papers Limited
Project Duration: 2 months
Project Details:
This Project has 41 VFD (ABB ACS550 & ACS 800) From 4KVA TO 390KVA and a DCS system. There are 11 sections of Process like wire, pre dryer, post dryer, unirun, calendar, pop reel etc.In charge of all detailed electrical design interfaces as it pertained directly to the control system. Planned, designed and tested advanced networks. Worked closely with Senior Process and Electrical Engineers. Responsible for assigning tasks to lower level personnel as required and as dictated by upper management. Attended in-house and client meetings.

Project 2: Sectional drives For Paper Production
Client: Navid Paper Company Corporation, Iran
Project Duration: 2 months
Project Details:
ABB ACS800 drives were used for individual as well as Master-Slave control. Also performed automation for rewinder application. Job responsibilities included designing of control circuitry and selecting suitable instruments while keeping in limit the overall cost of the panel. Also implemented SCADA system for remote controlling the whole process.
Project 3: Plant Automation For Sugar Production
Client: Chemical Systems
Project Duration: 1 months
Project Details:
Detailed engineering design, selection and sizing of instruments for the whole project. Automation was performed individually for FCS, SCS, MCS, MBF, MS and complete Refinery. Selected and sized control valves, inline flow instruments. Prepared Instrument Datasheets for the RFQ (Request for Quotation) package updated P&ID Drawings and the Instrument Index.
Project 4: 700KW DC Drive Panel For Kiln
Client: ACC Cements, Gagal

Project Details:
This was a big challenge for me as DC drive has always been a challenging task for automation engineers. There are always some major risks incorporated with such machines but I along with my team of hard working engineers was successful at running the kiln machine efficiently. As a Sr. Engineer my job responsibilities included leading my team the way out of troublesome situations every time they needed.
Project 5: Synchronization Panel For 1MW Steam Synchronous Turbine
Client: IB TURBO Pvt.Ltd.

This project includes various detail engineering design of Electrical equipment, Instruments and Control System like Temperature controller, Control valve, Flow controller, Sync check relay, Woodward Digital control for load controlling, Schneider PLC & MMI programming unit for the power generation at IFB AGRO LTD. Kolkata. Also included tie-ins to the IB Turbo Team for smoothening out the process.
Project 6: Synchronization Panel For 1.5*4 MW Hydro Synchronous Turbine
Client: HPP. Ltd.
Project Duration: 1 months
Project Details:
This project includes various details of engineering design of Electrical equipment, Instruments and Control System programming for the power generation unit at some unknown location. Also included tie-ins to the HPP Team for smoothening out the process.
Job responsibilities include synchronizing the turbine with DG Set/Grid and automatic regulation of steam pressure to process.
