The design of these Units was performed with support from Mustang Engineering in Houston acting as Technical Lead, to comply with EPA Regulations of maximum allowable sulfur content in road diesel of 15 ppm by 2010. The Engineering Contract dimension was $18 MM and 295,000 man-hours.

11/2004 – 10/2005 Project Manager for a Catalytic Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit, CITGO Corpus Christi Refinery, Texas, USA
Project Manager responsible for the development of the Detail Engineering and Procurement support, for construction of a Catalytic Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit at the CITGO Corpus Christi Refinery, performed at TIVENCA Maracaibo with support from Jacobs Engineering in Houston, designed to comply with EPA Regulations with respect to the maximum allowable sulfur content in gasoline of 30 ppm. Responsible for the administration of an Engineering Contract of $7.5 MM and 165,000 man-hours, and a procurement effort of $20 MM.
