Performing a daily complete mud check to maintain mud properties. Generate a final well mud report (Recap). Implement actively on rigsite safety activities. Maintain and forecast mud additives onrigsite' stock. Direct and supervise the drilling and completion fluids preparation work process procedures and well bore management practices used in providing a complete well bore and waste management solution to clients. Provide primarily remote supervision of the Field Service Representatives or Service Supervisors assigned to projects. Oversees the post well audit process and the responsibility for delivering to the client all information relevant to management of the well bore construction process.

Advise and assist in optimal running of the rig solids control equipment. Assist company's representative as required by company. Keep the chemicals stock at the well site organized and tidy. Ensure adequate drilling fluids material supply. Attend well site safety meetings.

In charge of running Water / Oil based drilling fluids systems for both Vertical and Horizontal wells with HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature), on PDVSA's concessions and for foreign companies. Was assigned to Exxon-Mobil on La Ceiba field to Workover two deep wells in which English is crucial for communications and decisions taken. Responsible to Prepare and maintain the drilling fluids properties at the field based on the approved drilling fluids program for the well. Make the necessary treatments to maintain the fluids properties within the specifications running several routine tests and make sure to keep the inventory updated. Encourage people to reach QHSE assessment.

Dec-2001 – Aug-2003 El Tigre, Venezuela

Field Drilling Logistic Coordinator.
Coordinated works regarding to the operations for Drilling, Completion, Workover, Pads, Rigs, Exploration wells, Flush By Units, Clean-up Operations: look ahead materials needed and future Drilling and completion Pads. Feb. 17-01 – Sept.17-01 El Tigre, Venezuela

Rig Site Logistic Coordinator on Precision Drilling 738 Rig for Petrolera Ameriven.
Was in charge to coordinate activities regarding to Drilling Operations: looked ahead materials needed on location and for future Drilling Pads. Also elaborated daily Drilling reports on DIMS program, Service Reports, like: Pipe tally reports, Casing reports, Cementing Reports, among others. Supported the company man (expatriate) on operations assigned. In close contact with service companies to coordinate jobs. Worked with drilling equipment and inventories. Conducted QHSE meeting with drilling crews daily before starting any operation. Translated into English / Spanish when necessary. Worked on rotational status 28 x 28.

Jul. 2000 - Feb. 2001 Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela

Assistant to Well Site Supervisor on UMP-PRISA-103 Rig.
Was in charge of keeping the Daily Drilling Operations and Completion Activities Updated and transmitted them by e-mail, fax, fax-modem and InterAct (Schlumberger's Web Site) using the software " DIMS ". Was involved and participated in all current operations as training for future WSS. Updated wells drilled / Repaired in 1999 and 2000 (data) on DIMS system. Also kept Interact Web Witness System updated (a intranet tool by the company). Kept running Anti-virus on Rig Site. Assisted to WSS to Generate Lesson Learns. kept cleaned and organized the WSS's office (including all well files). Attended QHSE meetings and having the minimum training.
