* Applied high end reservoir characterization tools to understand reservoir behavior in Na Kika for production optimization and further field development. Example is the use of compositional reservoir simulation approach to explain abnormal production behavior in a rich condensate reservoir in Coulomb, a 27 mile subsea tie back to Na Kika.
* Using reservoir simulation and analytical reservoir engineering methods justified 2 infill wells in two mature fields (Herschel and Ariel)
* Secured management approval for planning of Na kika Phase III development project through several engagements with Technical and Venture managers
* Delivered reservoir models for Na kika phase III developments (Herschel, Coulomb, etc.) through the assurance milestones to project approval.

LEAD RESERVOIR ENGINEER – GOM NA KIKA PHASE II & III DEVELOPMENTS (ROBUSTO, FOURIER AND COLOUMB - $1BLN)
Accomplishment:
* Provided reservoir engineering basis for the planning and execution of Na kika phase II developments (3 subsea wells and subsea hook-up) which has generated additional 26 mboe/d production into the Na kika subsea complex.

STAFF RESERVOIR ENGINEER/INTEGRATED RESERVOIR MODELING COORDINATOR – GOM HOLSTEIN PROJECT ($1.2 BLN)
Accomplishments:
* Reservoir modeling co-ordinator of an integrated sub surface team that turned around an underperforming Gulf of Mexico deepwater asset ($1.2 bln). Provided subsurface interpretation for very abnormal reservoir response and developed a step-wise approach for appraisal and development. Asset production decline has been stabilized, and recent trend show increase from waterflood response.
2003 - 2005
SHELL US INC – SHELL E& P TECHNOLOGY, HOUSTON, USA
LEAD RESERVOIR ENGINEER – OPL219 (NNWA-DORO DEEPWATER GAS DEVELOPMENT –14 TCF & BOLIA OIL DEVELOPMENT- 300 MMSTB)
Accomplishments:
* Provided reservoir engineering basis for developing the appraisal strategy of OPL219, deepwater Nigeria (10 tcf of gas and 200 MMstb of Oil).
* Based on reservoir engineering evaluation, proposed an appraisal well that proved up economic volumes of low risk oil in OPL219 (100 MMstb), on which basis a development is now being pursued.
* Designed limit test for Bolia-3 appraisal well using numerical approach, an approach considered as a best practice within the Shell reservoir engineering community.
* Justified the re-categorization of Bolia 641 reservoir (30 MMstb), a highly complex reservoir with low reservoir pressure, into commercial volumes through an integrated reservoir modeling approach and innovative field development strategy.
2001 – 2003
SHELL US INC – DEEPWATER SERVICES (EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY-SOLUTIONS).
STAFF RESERVOIR ENGINEER – BRAZIL BS4 HEAVY OIL DEVELOPMENT (SANTOS BASIN)
Accomplishments:
* Provided reservoir engineering evaluation, production appraisal strategy and development plan for Brazil BS4 NE heavy oil. BS4 NE is a frontier development of a very difficult crude (highly biodegraded, 250 cp insitu viscosity) in 1500m of water at very shallow depth below mudline (750m). Plan included use of extended reach wells (2000m) and artificial lift in the wells.
* Developed work flow and computer program for generating relative permeability for highly viscous oil with unstable shock front (Viscous fingering).
RESERVES CO-ORDINATOR & PETROLEUM ENGINEER 2000 – 2001

RESERVOIR ENGINEER (1992-1996)
Accomplishments:
* Provided reservoir engineering basis for planning the re-development of Imo River field, Nigeria (1 bln bbl field) using multi-laterals (level 6). The implementation has led to significant incremental production compared to conventional wells and revitalization of the field.
* Provided the engineering analysis for the design and execution of the first gas shut-off field trial in Shell Nigeria.
