- The plant is located in the Jafra oil production centre of Deir Ez Zor Petroleum Company (DEZPC), a 50-50 JV between SPC and TOTAL E&P of France. It has the capacity to treat 50,000 Bbl/day of Oil and associated gas and extract small quantities of LPG and condensates. The main duties performed are:
- Provide both leadership and hands on inspection in the following areas: inspection and maintenance of static equipment, pipelines and piping.
- Ensure the applying of Codes, Standards and Specification according with Project in Safe and Quality Completion.
- Prepare of the WPS's, PQR's, Post-Weld Heat treatment, inspection & NDT procedures, the inspection & test plan (ITP) versus the specifications, Codes, P&I drawings. Prepare documentation (material trace-ability, welding, repairs, painting, coating, back filling, hydro-test, NCR, RFI, ITP, IR, concession request, pre-commissioning files¡K etc.).
- Coordinate with contractor QA/QC & NDT group after determining the appropriate NDT method applicable for execution.

- Preparing the hydro test loop packages based on the P&I and isometric drawings. This job included dividing/merging of loops according to the specific situation requirements.
