I am currently employed with Punj Lloyd Pte Limited Singapore, as Contracts Engineer for Exxon Mobil ¡V SPT Tankage Project, in Jurong Island, Singapore.

Over the past 2.5 years of my service at Punj Lloyd, i have / had the opportunity to work at India and Singapore which has offered me varied exposure in the form of - working for renowned clients, different climatic conditions, different business setups, different ways of operation. And the other inherent advantage has come from the fact that I have started project been based at the worksite office by for my assignment, which has provided me better insight in construction sequence / activities.

In addition to above cited, I also had 8months industrial experience at HAL "Hindustan Aeronautical Limited", Nashik.
Wherein I was involved in the LEAN MANAGEMENT PROJECT.

Other details and highlights of my academic performance are detailed in the CV attached.

Current Salary ¡V Fixed SGD 1930/- Net per month (+fooding and accommodation+ Local conveyance and Medical + One month leave and Air ticket to and fro to Delhi twice in a year ) which makes the CTC 3,120 SGD / month.

Responsibilities being handled

* Review and discussion of Contract with Owner / Consultant prior to finalization. Aware of FIDIC requirements and have understanding of the general and Particular conditions of the Contract.
* Coordinating Kick of Meeting and preparing notes and then action plan on the same.
* Drafting, negotiating, placement of major sub-contract agreements and to ensure that it is appropriate and complete for proper performance of the work under the contract and in line with tour Contract requirements.
* Review and Certification of Progress Claims Subcontractors.
* Preparation of Progress claims.
* Subcontract management ¡V review and concurrence of correspondence, claim settlement and closure.
* Review and revert to the correspondences with client & Subcontractor
* Preparation of Variation Order's and Claims.
* Tracking & Filing all the correspondence's and claims with client and Subcontractor, with special naming.
* Maintain record for Cash-flow, financial reporting and interim payments.
* Recording the Minutes of Minutes and Making Action plan, accordingly.
* Takeoff quantities during tender stage.
* Prepares Material Take Off and Measurements.
