Responsibilities and duties:
* Supervise both Exploration and Development wells.
* Review and agreed drilling & workover plan with main contractors, also supervised execution of the agreed plan and solve any problems related.
* Ensure compliance with safety standard and regulation during drilling & workover operations
* Supervise eight workover rigs and four drilling rigs through Waha Drilling Office.
* Supervise minor workover operations (ESP change out).
* Supervise major workover operations: cementing, acidizing, fishing, tieback, logging and perforation.
* Supervise all wire line & slick line operations.
