„« The scope of the project is to recovery and recycle of Acetonitrile and Toluene solvents from three siloxane waste streams
„« Devised the best process for removing siloxane from three feeds and designed the best process for separating the toluene and acetonitrile azeotrope using HYSYS process simulations
„« Optimized each process and calculated heat and material balances, equipment cost, utility cost and estimated cash flow analysis for each process
3. Dicyclopentadiene Recovery from By-Product of Steam Naphtha Steam-Cracking
„« Developed the best process for separating high purity DCPD and developed the best method for processing diolefins stream and maintained Reid vapor pressure not more than 15.8 Psia
„« Designed block diagrams for all alternative processes and developed corresponding process flow diagrams (PFD's) and P& ID's
