Over 23 years in Projects - Erection, Commissioning & Operation of Petrochemicals plants.

1. Working with EQUATE PETROCHEMICAL CO (KSCC), Kuwait - Polypropylene plant
(UNlPOL Technology) since October 1996.
Hands on experience for Erection, commissioning, Startup-Shutdown, Troubleshooting for Polymer process, Equipment's Data sheet review as per TMS (Technology Methods & Standards).
Major contribution in successful trial runs & normal operations for SHAC-103 to SHAC310/320 Catalyst with ADT-3100N for HOMO product & SHAC310/320 Catalyst with ADT-4600 for IMPACT product with APC(Advanced process control).
Present Role: CRISIS LEADER -Reporting Production Leader.
Roles such as Technologist, Team Leader, Crisis Leader,
Process Activity Coordinator (PAC)-Day Role played.

Role: Board Operator [Cumene phenol plant (Yokogawa system)]
Responsibilities Handled:Product handled are benzene,toluene, xylene( ortho,para ), styrene, alphamethyl styrene, phenol etc.
Handled the Vaccum Distillation, Atmopheric distillation for these processes.
Effective follow-up of production plan, problem diagnosis, share & communicate problems to teams.
Start-up and shutdown of the plant, handle emergencies & communicate to other shift members for safe operation.
Calculate heat & mass balance for plant on daily basis, report to Technical staff.
3. Worked with INDIAN PETROCHEMICALS CORPORATION LTD. (IPCL-MGCC), Nagothane, in PP Plant (Himont technology) from February 1989 to December 1991.
