After trouble shooting, we do calibration verification. We inject pressure to the transmitter and confirm if the transmitter is throwing the exact value of the current. If not, we perform adjustment such as zeroing the transmitter and DAC calibration. After that adjustment and the problem still occur we try to replace its card or power supply even the through pin. When there still a problem after all of that, I think we need to replace new one. * Simulation and sequential testing of instrument on process variables like level, pressure, flow and temperature which also includes actuators such as AOV solenoid valves with the aid of communicator, thermocouple loop RTD calibrator this was thoroughly check with DCS Boardman. * Perform calibration of various field instrumentation from Primary, Secondary, Final Control and measuring elements including process switches (level, pressure, flow and temperature) using test equipment such as Hart Communicator, Pneumatic Hand Pump, Portable Druck Calibrator and Hydraulic Pumps defending to the range of the transmitter.
