ľ Prepare, send-out and adjudicate sub-contractor and the supplier enquiries and or supervise this task when assisted by the Buyer and or Estimating Assistant
ľ Compilation and submission of reviewed tenders including associated master construction schedule (Primavera), S-Curve, Manpower Histogram etc
ľ Clarify Post-Bid queries from the Client / Attend Commercial Negotiation Meeting
ľ Upon Award, prepare Job Notification Report, Initiate Project Kick-Off Meeting, Brief Project Scope of Work and Handover Budget file to Operations Department
