The last sixteen years involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and continuous operation of the following units: Oil and gas separation and reinjection, waste water treatment and injection, Crude Distillation, Vacuum, Depropanizer / Debutanizer, Naphtha HDS, Naphtha Catalytic Reformer, Diesel HDS, Oil / Gas Separator, Sour Water Recovery, Sour Gas Recovery, UOP Merox Treaters, Product Movement and Storage, Rail Car and Truck Loading Racks. Developed many Training Plans, EOP's and SOP's for various refinery units. Acquired excellent skills on DCS and computer system operations after receiving intensive classroom and simulator training. Experienced in classroom and OJT (hands-on) Trainer for refinery process, DCS, and Computer operations.
