Job description:
Production management systems and Optimization – Downhole Artificial lifting systems using Oil Pumps such as: ESP, PCP & ESPCP systems and their surface control systems, Downhole sensors and electrical power supplies.
Operations Duties:
Checks system design including insuring adequate HP and head lift, correct cable size and sufficient casing clearance, adequate surface KVA and correct size motor controller.

* Inspects and assembles all types of ESP brand submersible equipment, supervises and assists the subsequent installation of tubing and banding of cable, periodically checks system electrical integrity during installation. Also assembles wellhead.

* Checks calculation required surface voltage, designates proper transformer connections and wire size, sets up surface equipment and insures system safety devices are installed and functioning. Starts and monitors voltages, amperage and production rates. Sets operating parameters on surface controller.

* Pulls and inspects all types of ESP brand submersible equipment, diagnoses problems, makes applicable field repairs to equipment and cable, recommends appropriate action to customer.

* Diagnoses problems and recommends or implements appropriate solutions for surface problems including electrical problems, sand production, gas-locking pumps and insufficient fluid production.

* Performs more specialized electrical work including basic repair work on variable speed drives, trouble shooting down hole pressure systems, converting switchboard wiring from one type of motor controller to another; ( Keltronics, REDA )
* Perform and record checks on installed units at the well site, checking amperage and pump performance
Projects Duties:
1. Responsible for auditing and monitoring the Lump Sum Turn Key Projects Purchasing, Expediting, Material Control and Logistics activities. Procurement Quality Assurance and Quality Control coordinator

2.Review Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) Plans, including Hazard Identification Plan and Job Safety Analysis. Safety inspections of Storage facilities and construction site to detect and correct unsafe practices and conditions.

3.Review Inspection Assignment Packages for assignment of inspection responsibilities
4. Review Purchase Requisitions and Technical requirements to ensure that equipment and materials were being procured in accordance with Project Specifications and Industrial Standards
5. Review and acquired Drawings, Data Sheets, Specification Sheets and Equipment Manuals for incorporation into Project Record Books - Photostat Books, Inspection Record Books and Equipment Manuals.

6. Active role in HSE Inspections of Logistics Operations, Warehouse facilities and construction site
7. Supervise Material Control personnel. Reviewed material requirements generated by Contractors and coordinated with Project Team members to ensure validity. Purchased and expedited material requirement to meet Project Construction Schedule. Traffic Coordinator responsible for coordinating with Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders to ensure timely clearance of equipment and materials from Ports of entry.
8. Responsible for developing and implementing Material Control Procedures for the Project; inspected, inventoried, issued, receipt and stored Electrical and Mechanical equipment and materials.
9. Responsible for safety inspections of all warehouse facilities, equipment and training of personnel in Safety Operation. Held weekly Safety Meeting with personnel
Field Support Job:
1.Supervise the Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electrical submersible pumping systems( ESP,PCP,ESPCP)
2-Implement String assembly which consists of (pump, gas separator, seal section, down hole motor and electrical power cable)
3- set the settings for motor controller ( GCS and Centrigaurd )
4- Install, overhaul, commission, troubleshoot, maintain and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical and analytical instrument and control systems of the downhole tools that are used in wells survey.
5- Familiar with replacing electrical & electronic components, soldering techniques and wiring.
6- Work may be performed on site or in workshop and includes evaluating, diagnosing and rectifying system faults.
7- Field recording and instruments testing by special software.
8- Working on offshore & onshore rigs.
9-Electrical power cable Splicing and termination with Subsurface connectors.
10-Install the surface control system which consists of: (transformer, switch board, junction box, variable speed drive, control systems and main power source )
11- Field service quality coordinator.
12- Well testing and observing the dwonhole equipment performance.
