SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATION:

Over 10 years experience in LNG Processing in LNG Badak Indonesia and over 2 years of NGL Processing in Qatar Petroleum Qatar.
1. Monitor instrumentation and control the operation of one LNG process Train from the Instrument control panel in the Control Room to Ensure safe, reliable production and target rates.
2. Review lab reports, monitor local analyzer, and make necessary changes to Operation to ensure product quality.
3. Take readings and fill in log sheets, adjust operating condition, and give instruction to outside operators as needed to ensure operation target are achieved.
4. Follow up to date operating procedures in all activities.
5. Provide coordination and leadership during start-up, shut down and normal of process Train of equipment.
6. Analyze process problem and carry out problem solving discussion with other operator regularly.
7. Minimize potential accident by understanding and observing safe work practices in all activities.
8. Take appropriate actions to control and ensure an emergency in the plants as outlined in the emergency control plant.
9. Improve safety awareness by participation in schedule safety talk.
10. Experience as special assignment for LNG/LPG Project, tie-in, steam blowing, chemical cleaning final mechanical test and start-up. Train-G & Train-H.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Des 2000 ~ June 2003 NGL processing in Qatar Petroleum.
Produce methane, propane, butane and sulfur liquid.

August 1990 ~ April 1994 Field Operator Process, LNG Badak in Indonesia.
Plant-1; Responsible of gas purification, using MEA/MDEA/ aMDEA To absorb CO2 and other acid gas that cause corrosion in the Piping.
Plant-2; Responsible of gas dehydration, using molecular sieve to adsorb Moisture from feed gas that cause plugged in the tube of exchanger At low temperature, and adsorb mercury using activated carbon that caused Aluminum corrosion in the Main Heat Exchanger.
Plant-3; responsible of scrub column and fractionation section. In scrub column, methane will be separated from other heavier Hydrocarbon then methane piped to main heat exchanger.
In fractionation, there are deethanizer, depropanizer and debutanizer respectively.

April 1994 ~ June 1998 Compressor operator, LNG Badak in Indonesia.
Responsible of three stages of propane refrigeration compressor, two MCR
(Multi Component Refrigerant) refrigeration compressor and one Main Heat Exchanger.
Propane refrigerant to cool down feed gas and MCR refrigerant till -34 0C.
MCR refrigerant to cool down feed gas in MHE till becomes LNG at -160 0C.

June 1998 ~ June 2000 Main Panel/Lead Operator LNG processing PT. Badak NGL in Indonesia.
Responsible all aspect of gas purification, gas dehydration (include mercury removal), propane/MCR refrigeration, liquefaction, scrub column and fractionation plant.
Working with analog (Yamatake Honeywell) and DCS (Centum-V/Centum-XL/Centum -CS series) include trouble shooting of plant problem and correct, shut-
down and start up. Prepare normal/shutdown/start up/special procedures.

June 2000 ~ Nov 2000 Main Panel/Lead Operator LNG area PT.Badak NGL in Indonesia.
Responsible all aspect Condensate Stabilizer, Fuel Gas Compressor, Nitrogen Plant, Boil of Compressor, LNG Tank, Loading Dock and LPG Plant.
Principle accountabilities start up, shutdown and operated Storage & Loading
Unit to ensure safe, reliable production, storage and distribution as require.
