POSITION: PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN / SUPERVISOR CAREER (OPERATION) I am in the field of Plant Operation for over 25 years, having exposure to routine plant operation, DCS control systems, safe start-up/shut down, Commissioning activities of plants, PTW systems, operating procedures, various equipments from industry etc. TECHNICAL I have worked in continuous process plant like- - Ethylene Oxide Plant ( Shell Process) having capacity of 10,000 tpa. - Ethylene Glycol Plant (Mono, Di-ethylene and Polyethylene Glycol) @ 50,000 tpa. - Air Separation Plant, M/S. Linde process, for Oxygen and Nitrogen requirement, its' storage and distribution. - Utilities like Instrument Air, Water De-minaralisation, Cooling water, etc. - Effluent Treatment Plant, most modern biochemical treatment of wastewater. - Exposure to offshore operations like Phase Separation, Water/Gas Injection Unit, Condensate / Drying Unit(Using TEG). I have an adequate exposure about- - DCS (Yokogawa 3000, TOSDIC 247 and Foxboro I/A series) based panel operation. - Safe Startup/Shutdown and isolation procedures of equipment/unit/plant. Equipments handled are Pumps (Motor/Turbine driven), Compressors, Exchangers, Distillation columns and packaged units like Fin Fan Coolers, Packinox Exchanger, Fired(Oil and Gas) Heaters, OBSG etc. - PTW systems used by similar industries. - Emergency handling and on line trouble shooting. - Safety procedures for handling/storage/transporting products. - Brief idea about inplant lab procedures. - Brief idea about Total Quality Management.
