* Working in Qatar Petroleum Ltd Doha Qatar as Planning Engineer (one of 7th largest oil company in world.) (i.e. Senior executive position in flat organisation structure & working on Indefinite contract.) from 1-4-01 to till today.

* Working as Planning Engineer (Section Head position), carried out all production planning activities of the dept and following jobs were carried out. Designed and Generating/ creating daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly Objective vs. performance report, yearly objectives and annual, 5 yearly Business Plan report etc for full filling top management reporting need & monitoring department's performance. These reports are created in MS word, Excel, Power point. Departmental power point presentations are created and presentation given for Budgeting, joint venture partners etc. Company has joint venture partners i.e. TFEQ and (Occidental Petroleum) and various negotiations carried for EPSA/ DPSA oil agreements. Cost negotiations are carried out with International Joint venture partners. Monitoring of all operations, which are carried out at offshore wells platforms and Onshore Oil storage terminal. Oil separations, two trains and suggesting / advising trouble shooting solutions in these areas. Keeping track of wells work over schedules and created database of wells problems, which is used for preventing of occurring same wells problems. Keeping track of departmental Budget and cost control etc.

* Working as I.T. Focal point for the dept. and maintaining 100 P.Cs (i.e.3- 4 Pentium desktops and laptops, various types of printers, CD/DVD writers, scanners, e-fax system etc) networks, at various office building, offshore Island and platforms. Budgeting and forecasting of 1 & 5 years departmental future hardware and software requirements and allocating PCs and other equipments in department based on priority. Selected softwares are selected/ purchased on departmental functional needs and once selected then business process mapping, signing off the requirement, training, implementation & change management etc (i.e. total new software purchase/installation cycle carried out). Various softwares maintained in the department for 100 users. * Presently also working as SAP focal point in the department for all modules. Carried out project preparation, business blue print, simulation and validation and final preparation and go live for SAP 4.06C 1st phase implementation of HR/FINANCE/MM/PP/PM modules. Designed /developed/ discussed industry-specific macro reporting needs with the concerned management to run/ monitor business and carried out the scoping studies, suggested solutions using SAP Business Content, evaluated and obtain consensus on architecting options as well as coordinated the activities. I have good knowledge of oil joint ventures business including oil accounting, crude oil sales, resources sharing etc. Discussed various issues of workflows, change management, included various important business workflows to maximize the effect of SAP and streamlined the implementation strategy and closed various issues and project scoping was carried out after discussion with the management. Coordinated sap user roles and role hierarchy, arranged/coordinated for PP, PM, MM, Finance, HR sap training and user names & passwords for whole department as well as trouble shooted various issues of users. I have implemented SAP modules in the department with help of 35 consultants from outside( consultants numbers were fluctuating and used as & when required from Mahindra consultancy India) as well as implemented Oil & gas system(OGPS upstream Management System) where business mapping & gap analysis was carried out and implemented the system and handed over to users. I have formal education/working knowledge in project management like PMI. Working as focal point for 2nd phase SAP Enterprise version implementation of SD, PS, IS Oil Downstream, Contracts modules (Contract is sub module for MM) in the department and working as super user and core team member for implementation. Presently business blue print is completed and various workshops are ongoing for finalizing the requirements for SAP system in above said modules. Business process Mapping and gap analysis for functional requirements and business reengineering carried out for all above said modules for the Department.

* I have good knowledge to establish and describe the root cause of a problem and work with the software developers on the fix. I have good knowledge of middle office systems, global projects and of writing Use Case documents. I am well aware of PMI skills. I have strong experience in oil industry and which will help me to well develop SAP IS IDC and well capturing functional requirements. I have good experience in SAP and MS project management (full lifecycle).

* Suggested various new projects for better stream lining of workflows and operations and for improving product quality. Generated / Created Departmental Intranet web site. ISO-9001 Divisional functional processes were identified and their documents were created and got ISO certification for the Dept. Departmental 6 monthly & yearly audits carried out. Departmental procedure reviewed periodically and completed external audits. Planning & Tracking departmental non-compliance procedures and sorting out non-compliance procedures and keeping division on ISO 9000 compliance.

* Provided Functional Requirements Document for Oil gas production system and Implemented OGPS system in the Department and sorted out various user acceptance testing issues and signed off and presently system running efficiently. Presently Crude Oil Port Management software's FRD is ongoing with interfacing with various international softwares including SAP.

* Worked in M/s. ProcessBiz.com India Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, As an "Application Engineer" from 3-7-00 to 30-3-01. ((This is a consultant position in senior executive category post and directly reporting to Managing Director of Company.).
* This is a multinational U.S.A. based Consultancy Company that is specializes in Process Automation / reengineering, consultation and Export oriented Software Company. Following jobs were carried out i.e. Giving Customer's Factory visit and understanding their business flow logic, mapping business flows, assessing their functional need of suitable software, developing proposal, giving presentation, after getting orders creating workflow as per Visio, rational methodology, detail business workflow mapping and effective communications were carried out with clients and their users. Providing Process operation knowledge to develop various process industry specific softwares and computer integrated manufacturing software solution to companies, coordinating user testing of the softwares and conducting training workshop. I have working knowledge/experience on ERP in a manufacturing environment. * Worked as a project coordinator on Adani Port ltd and carried out factory visit and collected purchase enquiry document. Business workflow mapping and Gap analysis done for Adani port ltd i.e. large dry cargo area and many dry products, Marine Liquid terminal operations with various oil products & large oil storage tanks area as well as their distribution/ receiving, EDI process and having good knowledge of various other ports softwares. Created/ complied the Sales bid documents for the project as per the requirement of bid document with the total software solution as well as scouted international partner from Netherlands who was leader in this area & created partnership deal for this project and submitted bid in time in two part as technical & commercial, answered various queries of customers for technical evaluations and satisfying them. Prepared a bid document for cost 20 million IN Rupees as per tender document floated by Adani port ltd. Visited the factory, met factory staff & satisfied their queries and carried out other sales related activities connected with projects etc. Handled the software professionals team of 15 employees and maintained various clients and safe guarded clients major interest as well as companies interest.

* I have scouted international software company as a partner and had discussion and meeting for joint bidding with terms and conditions and then prepared bid document and scoping each area of work as well as pricing with keeping certain % of profit margin. * I have been through SDLC for system and I have carried out Business process transformation, Business intelligence/Information management, Supply chain management, Project/ programme management etc.

* I have done Business process Mapping and gap analysis i.e. as it is process and advised to be best practices of process for a large petrochemical organization i.e. Indian petrochemical Corporation ltd in all India basis in all plants, utility, products transfer areas and all logistics areas i.e. vendor development/ratings, purchase management, warehouse management, dispatches etc. We were high profile consultant team, interviewed various top/ middle/ junior management employees of IPC LTD i.e. from senior engineer to General Manager Level, and visited their Nagothane Plant, Baroda Plant, Bombay office etc. Circulated various general questionnaire and functional questionnaire as per their functions and collected required information and based on that took further interviews were carried out for gap analysis and found weak areas for profits improvement and designed /advised/ important oil business workflows and suitable softwares implementation plan. Generated / created to be process document and delivered a total Master I.T. Plan which includes hardwares/ softwares plans for the company whose turnover is 18,000 Crores P.A.

* Worked as Senior business analyst on Petrol fueling station software development and carried out following jobs. Developed, Reviewed, analyzed, and interpreted Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and provided feedback on key functionalities and technical feasibility. Adhered to the requirements processes as well as SDLC and collected, written and maintained BRD's and FRD's. Trained, Market Readiness and Operations were explained about new and enhanced functionality. Acted as FRD subject matter expert during external customer calls. Acted as subject matter expert on requirements issues for all phases of the SDLC. Supported customer review forums held by the usability team through prototype reviews and functional requirement walkthroughs. Facilitated changes from the forums back to the GECD team. Transferred knowledge to Market Readiness, Training, and Online Help teams. Reviewed the materials provided by these teams. * Worked in Refrigerated storage area and Gas Plant Distillation Unit and Sulphur Recovery Unit from year (1998 – 2000). And also worked in Marine Tanker Berth No. 1 in Jebal Ali Dubai, U.A.E. for two years (96 - 98). This is the busiest chemical terminal in Dubai. Worked in the respective fields i.e. in gas pipeline / gas gathering / compressor station / LPG gas plant etc and loaded LPG tanker trucks. Worked in Refrigerated storage area C3/C4 Storage tanks and operated holding compressors. I have knowledge of Helicopter fueling system.

* Tanker Berth No. 1: Responsibility of loading / unloading Marine Tankers with use of metallic chickson hydraulic loading arms and total responsibility to Tanker in to out and avoiding demurrage charges.

* Worked on creating ISO-9000 and ISO-14000 procedures and operating procedure guides for operations.

* Worked in M/s. Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd., Chembur, and Bombay - 74 from 8-4-85 to 12-4-96. (Formally Esso Refinery of STANDARD OIL, New Jersey, U. S. A. Group).
Products handled: - All petroleum products. Worked in various positions i.e. field officer /panel officer /Production Supervisor in various process plants/Crude Oil shipping supervisor/storage terminal supervisor/Process operation supervisor/Loading master etc.
Worked in Bombay high crude's CDU and VPS & LPG distillation unit and Hexane Maximization unit. I have worked in crude distillation tower (capacity- 100,000 bbl/day), vacuum distillation tower which gives different lube oil cuts in Persian gulf crude, high pressure stabilizer (Debutanizer) and related equipment's. Carried out onshore operations i.e. organization, planning, procedures, logistics, consumables, reviewed of engineering documents etc. Carried out the technical and contractual follow-up of Plant start-up and commissioning. Commissioned the plant before target date completion and ensured all operations resources and procedures are in place to allow an earlier take-over. Carried out all operations activities in accordance with Company's HSE policy. Planned, directed and controlled the preparation and implementation of operations to meet HSE and production objectives at minimum operating cost. Coordinated activities and planning with other departments (Maintenance, Logistics, Technical services etc) and monitored/ participated various refinery shutdown and turnarounds and handled various emergencies. Worked in Oil Movement Storage Department as terminal in charge and handled 144 employees per day. Controlled and operated centralize pumping station of refinery and where 6 millions tones of Crude received and its various products are received and dispatched.
I have worked in refinery in various areas i.e. Crude oil receiving/ product dispatch areas i.e. pirpav jetty as well as butcher Island, Crude oil and products (Kerosene, petrol, diesel, LPG, Fuel oil etc) storage/dispatch terminal, Refinery plants i.e. CDU and VPS & LPG distillation unit and Hexane Maximization unit and LPG storage/bottling plants, Asphalt plants/ storage/dispatch and effluent treatment plants etc.

* Worked in M/s. Polychem Ltd., Styrene Plant, Chembur, Bombay – 74, from 1-2-82 to 8-4-85, in Production Process Department, (i.e. a Petro Chemical Company & Technically Collaborated with Daw Chemical U. S. A.).

Physical/ actual daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly tank farm storage inventory and reconciliation carried out for all chemical products. Controlled product pumping station/loading/unloading truck tanker station for products i.e. benzene, styrene, ethanol, ethylene, tolulene, Sulphuric acid, caustic etc. Product tanks commissioned / decommissioned, oil separator and effluent treatment units operated. Worked in styrene vacuum distillation unit and trouble shooted various emergencies.

* A+ Certification course done from Karrox Technologies ltd Bombay and assembled the fullflex P.C., partition and formatting/ assembling of P.C.'s done. Acquired good knowledge of P.C s, their trouble shooting. I have good knowledge of P.Cs trouble shooting / configuration of various softwares.
