TRAINING COURSE:
6 month as Production Operator in Suiz Industrial Petroleum Company (Refinery).
First aid, Gas Tester, Safety Induction, NORM awareness, H²S awareness, Permit to Work, Safe Handling of Chemicals, Emergency Response, Basic Fire Fighting.
Also training done for Distributed Control System (DCS).
Training in Desalter course completed.

EXPERIENCE:
From February 2002 till now: worked in Gluf petroleum company(GUPCO) as senior production operator (offshore processing platform ) and onshore as senior production operator(GOSP) gas oil separation plant.Covering central production facilities.( include water injection plant) and Glycol unit (remove water content from gas.

From 1992 till 31st December 2002: Worked in Al Furat Petroleum Company (AFPC), Syria as Sr. Production Operator/Supervisor.
A new oil field development, a joint venture between Syria and Shell. Worked in Tanak field for 9½ years, having a vast experience in all types of Operating systems. Around 10 outstations and a large Central Production facility having production around 165 000 barrels per day of crude oil and export 32 mmscf/d of gases.
Another 1 year in El ward field as Production Supervisor. Having production around 15000 bbls/d.

1985-1992: Suez Petroleum Company (SUCO), Egypt, a joint venture between Egyptian Government, Shell and Deminex, Worked as Production Operator for 3 years (Offshore) and 4 years (On Shore), responsible for all the 3 platform, including more than 50 wells, and for Onshore responsible for all, process activities available in Zeit bay Oilfield. It was processing 90,000 bbls/ of crude oil.

Responsibilities:
Well testing three phase testing and gathering for oil/gas/water measurement on a daily basis. Liquid measurements by PD meter, Gas measurements by Daniel Orifice. Dehydration, 4 trains receiving the incoming production are processed through free Water Knock out vessels and Heater Treaters and BS& W and salt control. Degassing gas collection from HP, IP and LP vessels for gas export and partly utility fuel gas. IP and HP gas is compressed by 3 Waukesha gas Engine, Dresser reciprocating compressor rated at 9mm scuf/d gas dehydration is by TEG unit. Crude oil export measurement is by LACT (Least Automatic Custody Transfer) units for total CPF production using smith PD meters. Had 2 floating roof Tanks with a storage capacity of 50,000bbls. Crude oil transfers to the main export truck line by four shipping pumps having a capacity of 25,000 bbls/d and another 2 pumps having capacity of 75000 bbls/d.

Water Injection: 6 Union reciprocating pumps having capacity 25,000bbls/d each and two Ingersol Rand Centrifugal Pumps having capacity of 100,000 bbls/d Injecting water to wells. Having a very good knowledge of Operating Centrifugal as well as Reciprocating pumps.

Gas Plant: Plant consists of Glycol Unit, 3 gas Compressors, fuel gas scrubber.
Glycol unit removes water contents from gas.

Chemical Injections: Daily demulsifier, corrosion Inhibitor, Scale Inhibitor injection in crude oil, and for water treatment, injecting chemicals like Biocide, poly electrolyte, Oxygen scavenger,

Desalination: Having a good Knowledge of Desalination unit.(WEIR WASTE GARS) with a capacity of 20 cubic meter/hr distilled water.

Utilities- Air compressor, diesel centrifugal pump and fire pumps.
