- Integrated assets acquired from Chevron into Venoco's existing offshore operations.

- Turned the marginal Sockeye field into Venoco's highest cashflow asset with costs down 35% and production up 25% since the acquisition. This acquisition alone has gained over $200 million net to Venoco and has a significant remaining value to the company.
- Through a long and complex process, turned around Venoco's South Ellwood field and plant operations resulting in a significant improvement in uptime, safety, and compliance.

- Led evaluation and negotiation of several large acquisitions ($30-300 MM) including Oxy's Oklahoma fields, Mitchell's Boone Field, Texaco's Sacramento and Los Angeles Basins fields, Unocal Cook Inlet fields, Chevron's Pt. Arguello and Santa Barbara Channel assets, and Chevron's Sacramento Delta assets.
- Successfully acquired over $150 MM of assets. Most notable was Chevron's Santa Barbara Channel assets including 3 offshore fields and multiple exploration prospects, coastal real estate, oil and gas processing facilities, and pipeline systems.

Led and participated in engineering and economic evaluations of prospects for the Norwegian 15th Licensing Round. Developed a subsea cost estimating model.
- Oversaw Conoco's interests in several super-giant non-operated fields under evaluation and development including Statfjord, Troll, Aasgard, and Snøhvit.
