My main achievements are:

* Negotiated favourable terms with vendors and suppliers. Efforts resulted in major discounts with suppliers, improved buying power, expanded payment terms and shared inventory and buy-back agreements generating significant cost savings of approximately $300K annually.
* Reduced operating costs by 25% through operational changes, logistical sharing and creation of synergies between various departments as well as setting of supply chain strategy in new areas of operations.
