- Working as a HSE Officer in IRI 1200 Drilling rig.
- To Formulate and implement guidelines on emergency response drill like FIRE drill, BOP Drill, H2S Drill.
- Preparing Daily safety report (DSR) and holding Daily Safety meeting and Pre job tool box meeting for the crew members
- HSE Evaluation of contractors, Operational Controls (Work procedure), Emergency procedures, Specific environment issues & corresponding management plans.
- Give safety induction to all personnel about the worksite, give insights of possible hazards and emergency procedures, & job-site hazard identification procedures.
- Develop & maintain high level of awareness among all personnel through communications, training & active personal involvement of employees in HSE through prevention & reporting of non-conformities.
- Accident/incident prevention, accident/incident investigation and reporting, HSE training program, HSE evaluation of purchases of materials and equipment
- Develop & lead implementation of a safety intervention program.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and reviews program.
- Develop and coordinate safety and health training materials and program, including HSE induction, training and awareness. On occasion may be req. to conduct training programs.
- Develop and maintain office HSE instructions, plans and procedures.
- Maintain HSE Management.
- Participate in HSE audits, incidents and near miss investigations and reviews of the company &ventures partner facilities & management systems.
- Maintain weekly and monthly inspection record of Derrick escape device, fire extinguisher, Drill line, Safety Harness, Fall arrestors, Slings and Shackles.
- Maintaining weekly and monthly Medical reports, health and catering inspection.
- Weekly inspection of Cranes, Forklifts, Vehicles
- Preparing report on monthly waste management, waste disposal, and hazardous waste disposal. Coordinate with tool-pusher and safety advisor for safe rig move procedure and restoration of old location.
