I have experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up procedures (storage, loading/discharging ships, utilities units, oil stabilization, refrigeration, dehydration, DCS). Perform all commissioning tasks such as vessel inspection, flushing/blowing, reinstatement, leak test, drying and service test. I have experience in normal operations, ensuring that these are in line with the procedures.

Senior control room operator
* The platform is dehydration plant (2 trains) with high-pressure separation unit (2 trains) and gas recovery reciprocating compressor. On the condensate side, it is an export package formed by a booster and export pump.
* Responsible for all planned production actives on the daily plan ensuring delivery of the daily production targets which have the agreement of the Production Supervisor.
* Monitor of all plant parameters and instruct the correction for any plant abnormalities or malfunctions.
* Provide the expertise on all aspects of production process & utility systems including "problem solving & troubleshooting".
* Monitor and coordinate all activities related to PTW system.
* Training of local staff in all aspects of CCR duties

February 2005 – January 2006
Saipem SpA, Western Libya Gas Project – Sabratha Offshore Gas Platform, Libya
Commissioning control room operator
* Instrument loops checked and testing of PLC, ESD, DCS logic's for wellhead and sub-sea systems, gas turbines, compressors, dehydration system and others equipment's (pumps, fans, etc.).
* The capacity of platform is 24 MMSCMD raw gas and 6000 m3/d unstabilized condensate.
* Carried out for commissioning, Start-Up, normal operation and performance test of the units.
* Equipment used including gas turbine Siemens, Compressors by Ingersoll-Rand, reciprocating gas compressor Nuovo Pignone, TEG regeneration unit by Sices, DCS and FCS systems by ABB Automation software (Tenore Advance Process Management) with multi-loop digital controllers.

* Carried out for Start-Up, Running Performance test of the units.
* Operated the plant with Fisher-Rosemount DeltaV DCS software, F&G system with Silvertech and Solar M 100 type control for gas turbine,
* Trained on job and supervision of the Nigerian plant operators.
