1. From Sept 28, 2000 to Till date:
Reliance Petroleum Ltd., Jamanagr Complex is the first fully integrated manufacturing complex in the world to house a petroleum refinery complex, petrochemical complex, a power generation complex, a port & terminal complex and pipeline network. The refinery having processing capacity of 450,000 BPSD of Crude is the World's largest grass root refinery.
To meet the reduced sulfur specifications the Hydro desulphurisation & Hydro-treating requirements have significantly increased the Hydrogen consumption in Refineries.
Working as PANEL OFFICER in Hydrogen manufacturing unit, hydrogen make-up gas compressor, refinery fuel gas system,HP/LP flare of Refinery complex, Light nephtha hydrotreater with FOXBORO DCS System.
Hydrogen Plant: - Capacity 181 TPD * 2 = 362 TPD
Technology: - Linde AG Germany
This HMU is based on a top-fired steam reformer with high Temperature Shift Converter and a PSA unit for Hydrogen purification. The unit is designed to operate with refinery fuel gas and LPG or a combination there of as feedstock.
As a Panel Officer responsible for following activities:
* Plant operated by DCS of Foxboro I/A Series 50.
* To maintain Process parameters, Keep checks on quality and maintain them during
Shifts. Will assist Shift Supreitendent to achieve shift targeted production.
Operation of plant at optimum condition and record critical parameters.
* Handling of Safety and Fire fighting equipment.
* Fire and Gas detection system operation supplied by WARNALD
* Emergency handling
* Prepare NCR report and other Recordfor the ISO requirements.

HYDROGEN COMPRESSION UNIT:
Unit consist of Three Reciprocating Compressor. Each compressor is a 2 stage, double acting, 4 cylinder machine, manufactured by Thomssen International B.V., Netherland, driven by 5.35MW with a flow of 119,000 NM3 /HR.
Compression Control, Machine monitoring and H2 distribution control by DCS.

REFINERY FUEL GAS UNIT:
Purpose of Fuel unit is to collect of gases generated from various plants and supply fuel gas and pilot gas at a working pressure with LPG backup system.
Pressure control system and LPG backup system operated from DCS system. Light
HP/LP Flare Of The Refinery:
HP/LP flare control throuhgh DCS with flare gas recovery compressor.

LIGHT-NAPHTHA HYDROTREATER:
Capacity: 29500 BPSD OR 130 T/hr
Technology: Universal oil products.
Light naphtha hydrotreter is a FCCU down plant to saturate the olefines to less then 0.1%and sulpher less then 1 ppm. This hydrotreated naphtha will be used in petrochemical naphtha /gasoline blending /feed to Hydrogen manufacturing unit.

Also familiar with MEROX and SWS unit operation.
As our company is ISO-9001 certified and PMS oriented units, I had complete knowladge of ISO &PSM system.

2. From march 1997 to September 2000:
Organization: Indogulf fertillizer and chemical corporation ltd.
ISO 9002 certified continues process plant Technology supplied by Prayon Rupel Technologies (process: prayon diydrate mark - 4)
Worked as panel technician in phosphoric and sulphuric acid plants
* precommissioning and commissioning both acid plant as DCS panel operator having capacity to produce 335t/day(100%P2O5) and 1200t/day sulphuric acid
* familiar with all operation of belt filter and ball mill
* Working experience of vacuum evaporation

3. From nov-95 to feb 97
Organization: Heubach colour pvt ltd (German Managed, 100%EOU Co.)
* Worked as Area Incharge for two section filteration and scrubbing
* Working Experience Of India’s Largest Plate Filter
* Worked as Area incharge in pigments plant
