Working on utilities and off plot, storage and Loading, Gas metering station, fuel gas system. Power Generation, Sea cooling water system, Sea cooling waters chlorinating system. Drinking water, process water, service water system, desalination water plant, Instrument air system, and Nitrogen plant. Ethane & Propane Storage System. Operation of the Utility Plant Equipment consisting of Sterling Boilers, Steam Turbo Generators, Gas Turbine Generators (GE Frame 6) and Electrical Distribution systems. Various auxiliary systems i.e.; Gas Compressors, Air Compressors/Dryers,TemperCooling water, Electrostatic Precipitators, Feed water Treatment and Distribution plus Clarifier and Demin Train operation.
April, 1996 moved to LNG process and preparation for start up carried out. Organize different vendor's seminars like Nouvo pignone compressor, CCC, Air product cryogenic and hydrogen sulfide hazard. Started acid gas removal, dehydration, mercury removal, fractionation, liquefaction, end flash, and sulphur recovery unit. First drop of LNG is 15 October, 1996.Till End of contract worked in Process trains.

Being Process /Utilities Operator Participated the General & Planned Shutdown of the Plant and their Commissioning Back. Dealt with Several types of Emergencies which occurred time to time such as Power Failure Steam Failure, Plant Major Equipment Failure, Leakage and Fire. Being Panel Board Man Operator the plant as per instruction smoothly. Adjusted and controlled the process variable to product the products of the desired specification.
