SUMMARY:
Extensive experience in drilling operations in onshore & offshore rigs as Company Man - 2 1/2 Years, Tool Pusher - 4 years, Tour Pusher - 6 years, Base office-3 years and Driller - 6 years,
2003 till date: Company man with CAIRN ENERGY in Rajasthan. Rigs worked – deep, shallow and work over.
Supervise day to day operations in compliance with company plans and regulations, coordination with various support services group, conduct daily operations meetings with contractor supervisors and service hands, performance review, prepare daily reports (Dims, Open Wells), inventory management, performance appraisals of individuals. Familiar with Synthetic Oil Base Mud. Implementation of HSE procedures, conduct rig safety meetings and prepare reports related to HSE performance of rig, Incident reporting and investigation.
2000-03: Tool Pusher - Land rigs, Essar Oil, Oman on contract with SHELL,
Drilling horizontal wells with MWD. Re- entry with Whip stock setting, Window milling. TLC logging, QHSE procedures-ISO9001, 14001.Familiar with mud pumps and rig equipment. Liner lowering, with BOT and Sperry-Sun services. Familiar with operating and maintenance of all drilling and fishing tools. Inventory management and performance appraisals of individuals. Implementation of SHELL HSE procedures and conducting rig safety meetings. Incident reporting and investigation. Familiar with Do Pont STOP programme. Rig training co-coordinator. Attended all mandatory courses of SHELL.
1997–00: NightTool Pusher- Land rigs, Essar Oil, Oman on contract with SHELL. Assist Senior Tool Pusher in above and work night shifts.
1995-97: Night Tool Pusher- Offshore rigs, Hitech Drilling Services, India, on contract with ONGC. Assist Senior Tool Pusher and work night shifts. Rig training co-coordinator imparting training to rig crew using company training modules

Achievements:
1. During the tenure as Tool Pusher the majority of the wells drilled were within the time and cost frame.
2. With the present company drilled two deep wells saving more than a million dollars each.
3. The present rig I am attached with bagged the DGMS award for
a) Operations
b) Safety and
c) Maintenance for the period 2005 in Western Region.
4. Reduced the rig move time from 10 days to 7 days by sharing the experience with the rig team and effective coordination with the transporters.
