Well Testing Supervisor & Production Technician
Presently Working in MB Petroleum Oman as Well testing job in charge (supervisor).
Before Worked (from 1998-upto 2005) in Schlumberger testing (WCP)-Pakistan
EQUIPMENTS
Data Acquisition System (SCAN) e.g. MIDAS, Eagle and DART.
Flow head, Choke manifold, 3-Phase horizontal Separator, Sand trap and Sand filters, SSV (Surface Safety Valve), Indirect heaters, ESD (Emergency Shut down system), Artificial Beam pumps on well, Transfer Pump, Surge Tank and Gauge tanks etc.
Have good operational and maintenance skills of above-mentioned equipments.
CALIBRATION EQUIPMENT
DWT Testers, Ranarex, Senior Daniel, Pressure controllers, Txt Pumps, Level controllers
Pressure and level actuators Safety relief valves, Barton and differential recorders, Oil and gas
Meters, API kit, Salinity kit
Have good operational and complete calibration skills of above-mentioned equipments.
OPERATIONAL SKILLS
Worked on HPHT and high flow rate wells with Heavy production of sand.
Worked on wells Hot oil well Testing With Artificial lifting by Beam pumps.
Have good experience in well testing with Frac and Acidization jobs.
Have good experience on High oil (5000 BOPD) and gas (100 MMSCFD) flow rate.
Have good experience in Multiphase Production Testing on OIL wells.
Worked I well test with steam injection (Reverse osmosis) at Oman with Oxy
OTHER EXPERIENCES
Good theoretical and practical maintenance experience of DST (drill stem testing) tools.
Good theoretical and practical experience in down whole Memory Gauges.
Worked with slick line, Wireline, Coiled tubing and Stimulation several times.
Worked in TCP (tubing conveyed perforation) and Kill Pumps.
