I have completed 1 year course of Total Information Technology Management (TITM) from Lakhotia Computer Center (LCC) Bharuch with DTP (Desk Top Publishing) as side subject.

Post held (PLANT): Working as Technician (O&M) in its Gas Cracker Plant to produce Ethylene, Propylene, Methane, Gasoline, H2 and C4 mix by pyrolitic cracking of Ethane/Propane/LPG, designed by Stone and Webstor Engg. Co., USA. Total plant is engineered by EIL – Delhi.

Job Responsibility:
* Sheet blasting in pipelines, various equipment flanges like Columns, Heat exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Water flushing, Steam/Air/Nitrogen purging to various equipment during pre-commissioning stages.
* Hydrocarbon charging in various Columns, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Compressor systems during commissioning work of the plant.
* Handle VHP (110 Kg/cm2) / HP (42 Kg/Cm2) / MP (12 Kg/cm2) and LP (3.5 Kg/Cm2) Steam to run various size of Turbines of Compressors and Pumps, in Ejectors, Heat Exchangers etc.,

Sister concern of INOX group engaged in the production and supply of Oxygen, Multiplex Theaters at various locations in India. GFL is situated at Ranjitnagar, Dist: Panchmahals.
Post (PLANT): Working as Junior Engineer in its Chloro Fluoro Carbon (CFC)/HF Plant to produce Freon – 11 / 12 / 22 (Refrigeration Gases) and Hydrofluoric Acid. Plant designed by Davy Power Gas.
Period: Dec. 1993 to Dec. 1996. (3 years 1/2 Months)
Job Responsibility:
* Direct reporting to General Manager (Technical). Responsible for checking the Design of Equipments, Material Balance of the Process, Carryout Troubleshooting and Up-gradation exercises. Preparations of MIS reports.
* Handling and Supervision of various equipment like, Rotary Kiln, Distillation columns, Reactor, Compressors, Pressure vessels, Pumps (Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Seal less), Heat exchangers (Shell & Tube, U – tube, Kettle type, Plate & Frame), Conveyor (Belt / Screw), Dryers, Vacuum Scrubber, Ejectors, etc. in field and through pneumatic control system (TAYLOR MOD-30).
