5. After hours support. On call duties as required. 24/7 service.
6. Evaluation & communication to the project geologist, petrophysicist & drilling dept of the hole conditions and their effect on the geological data such as: 1) rugose hole, 2) oil based mud, 3) barite and mud invasion, 4) abundant pyrite in the formation, 5) fractures and how these conditions effect wireline log, mudlog & sample interpretation.
7. Communicate with the drilling department to ensure formation evaluation services are within budget.
8. Co-ordinate with the drilling department regarding the movement of service company personnel and equipment.
9. Safety. Ensure that all company safety procedures are communicated to and adhered to by field service personnel. For example, instigate safe working alone practices, such as alerts from all wellsite geologists when they depart for/from wellsite.
POST DRILL PHASE:
1. Organise distribution of data to project geologists, partners & government. Drill cuttings, well reports, wireline logs, etc.
2. Organise drill cuttings & core analysis if required. Coordinate with project geologist.
