Interface with drilling contractor, other service providers and client to provide geologic input adjustable to field scenario leading to highly successful cost-effective drilling program.

Elevated to oversee all field service operations in Eastern Niger delta. Advanced later to a development Geologist to pursue strategic service alliance with newly licensed marginal operators and indigenous producers.

Selected Results.
Used rock property prediction and wellbore pressure behavior to identify a highly productive pay zone which delivered on completion and testing an excess of 2000bopd.

Proactively reviewed wellbore path with drilling staff to identify cause of deviation leading to a quick redesign of trajectory; achieving target as scheduled.

Analysis of Mud logs and Drill logs to identify possible trouble spots and provide advice on completion and testing.

Introduced process improvements that maximized output per unit of work done by decreasing lag time 20%, slashed required labor and reduced redundancy 15% while delivering a 18% increase in service performance.
