SPECIAL CITATION
Earned Chairman's Award (Caltex Petroleum Corporation, Dallas Texas) along with other members of the Caltex Emergency Response Team that attended to a major oil spill incident which occurred on May 17, 1996 at Caltex Batangas Refinery. The citation was in recognition of prompt and professional action which resulted in the immediate recovery within Day 2 of operations and termination of clean-up operations by Day 10. Acted as Marine Operations Commander during the incident.

Current assignment as Permit-To-Work (PTW) Coordinator looking after proper permit documentation and control (in view of live plant situation) prior to approval by KOC/AMEC (Project Management Consultant); got good impression from client as to this particular assignment.
Initial assignments were to look after pre-construction activities (slit trenching/surveying and scanning) at one gathering center (GC-3) and then early construction work (excavation/compacting for pipe rack foundation) at one booster station (BS).
