Bhit Gas Field Plant produces 270 MMscfd Natural Gas for its client SSGCL using the state of the art technology Cryogenic process for removal of 18 % Nitrogen in raw Gas. The main processing Plant is configured as 2x50% identical Trains having design capacity of 135 MMscfd each. I involve in commissioning of the plant. I work on the following units.

* Plant control is designed by ABB ADVANT -OCS-450 & AC-800 M.
* Plant consists of following units.
* Gas Production wells.
* Inlet Separation & Heating.
* DEA, Gas sweetening unit for CO2 removal.
* Gas Dehydration (Molecular Sieve) unit provided by ISG (ITALY).
* Sales Gas Centrifugal Compressors (Man Turbo).
* Gas Metering Station (DANIEL online Gas chromatograph).
* Propane Refrigeration System provided by (TOROMOUNT) USA.
* Rolls Royce Gas Turbines for Power Generation. (03turbines each 27 MW)
* Heating Medium System (TEG).
* Instrument Air Compressor (ATLAS COPCO) with Chiller Package.
* Produced Water Treatment Unit.
* Fuel Gas & Condensate stabilization System.
* Vent & Flare.
* Fire & Gas Control and Plant ESD System.

* Urea plant is designed by Stamicarbon having capacity 1670 MTPD used CO2 stripping process controlled by DCS Bailey Infi-90 France. Prepare 96% Urea solution liquid.

* I have participated in the following activities at the urea plant with our project team DESCON (Pakistan), KREBS (France) and KLOCKNER (Germany).
* Erection.
* Pre-commissioning, commissioning.
